The half moon – so bright in the sky, shining and shimmering on the lake surface. Glorious light in slivers, peeking in the shadows amongst the trees. No boat traffic to disturb the water, except the slight breeze creating tiny waves like ruffled feathers.
If only I could capture this wonder, I’d frame it with the midnight blue clouds trimmed with a silver lining and stars speckled in the background. But I don’t have to, because it’s right here in front of me …. AWESOME!
